The company was founded in July 2017 and will rely on the independent innovation technological advantages of its parent company Yimei Xinguang team and more than 100 international and domestic patents, with high-brightness LED packaging as its main focus, dedicated to the research and development and manufacturing of high-quality, high-reliability LEDs. Bitoelectron, a controlled subsidiary of Yimei Xinguang, has completed its shareholding system reform and is about to apply for listing on the ChiNext board next year. Nanchang Yimei Photoelectric plans a total investment of 2 billion RMB, of which the first phase will build 300 LED packaging lines and 36 SMT lines, with an annual output value exceeding 1.5 billion RMB after reaching full production.
