Changelight (stock code: 300102) is a leading domestic manufacturer of full-color ultra-high-brightness light-emitting diode epitaxial wafers and chips. Headquartered in beautiful Xiamen, its industrialization bases are located in Xiamen, Yangzhou, and Nanchang. It is a key high-tech enterprise of the National Torch Program, an "Influential Enterprise" in China's optoelectronics industry, and a national intellectual property demonstration enterprise. Changelight is mainly engaged in the research, development, production, and sales of compound semiconductor devices such as full-color ultra-high-brightness LED epitaxial wafers, chips, high-performance gallium arsenide solar cell epitaxial wafers, Mini-LED/Micro-LED, and VCSELs. Jiangxi Changelight Co., Ltd. was established in July 2017 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xiamen Changelight Co., Ltd. established in Nanchang. The project has a total investment of 5 billion RMB, covers 600 mu of land, and is planned to build Asia's blue-green chip production base. The first phase involves an investment of 2.5 billion RMB, with a construction period of 10 months, completed and put into production in December 2018, achieving a monthly production of 800,000 blue-green epitaxial chips. As a leading enterprise in upstream chips, Jiangxi Changelight will join hands with a series of well-known upstream, midstream, and downstream optoelectronics manufacturers in sapphire manufacturing, back-end packaging, and applications, complementing each other's advantages and forming strong alliances, to build an integrated full-industry-chain landmark for LED industry production, R&D, and sales, and fully create a new calling card for "Nanchang Optics Valley".
