Founded in 1999, Zhaohui Urban Construction Group is an investment and management enterprise group formed through the integration of upstream and downstream industries in the construction sector. The Group's industrial layout covers six leading business segments: engineering construction, building industrialization, real estate investment, financial investment, commercial operations, and technology research and development. It has 11 subsidiaries and 18 branch companies.
Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangxi Zhaohui Urban Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., is an enterprise granted by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development with the Special Grade Qualification for General Contracting of National Building Engineering Construction and Dual Grade-A Design Qualifications for Building Engineering and Civil Air Defense Engineering. It holds four First-Class qualifications: General Contracting for Municipal Public Works Construction, Specialized Contracting for Steel Structure Construction, Specialized Contracting for Building Decoration Engineering, and Specialized Contracting for Building Curtain Wall Engineering, as well as multiple Second-Class and Third-Class qualifications in water conservancy and hydropower, mechanical and electrical installation, and highway engineering construction. It has successively been awarded honorary titles such as "National AAA Credit Enterprise in the Construction Industry," "National Advanced Enterprise in Customer-Satisfied Engineering," "National Outstanding Construction Enterprise," and "Advanced Construction Enterprise of Jiangxi Province."
