Guojin Construction has successively contracted projects such as Greenland Future City, Greenland Yuecheng, Greenland Rose City and Greenland International Expo City under Greenland Group, contracted the Shimao Water City project under Shimao Group, cooperated with Hengtian Group to contract its Bailujia Bus Logistics Center and R&D Building project, and also contracted the Xinheyuan Center real estate project independently developed by the group, etc. The total number of projects reached more than 10, with a construction area of 1.93 million square meters, and in 2014 the completed output value was nearly RMB 2.6 billion.
