China Railway Beijing Engineering Bureau Group Beijing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Railway Beijing Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd., a member enterprise of China Railway Group Limited, a Fortune Global 500 enterprise. The Company was established in January 1998, registered in Beijing, the capital, with a registered capital of RMB 359,033,800. It holds a Grade I qualification for general contracting of building engineering construction, Grade II qualifications for general contracting of municipal public works and mechanical and electrical engineering construction, Grade III qualification for general contracting of railway engineering, Grade I qualifications for professional contracting of building decoration and finishing, foundation works, and lifting equipment installation, as well as an ungraded professional contracting qualification for special engineering (structural reinforcement). The Company has passed certifications for quality management systems, environmental management systems, and occupational health and safety management systems.
The Company's business layout is centered in Beijing, radiating to dozens of large and medium-sized cities across North China, Northeast, Northwest, Southwest, East China, South China, and other regions. It has established regional markets in provinces including Beijing, Shanghai, Hebei, Anhui, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Guizhou, Shaanxi, and Shanxi, which are gradually maturing. Its business scope covers railway engineering, industrial and civil buildings, municipal engineering, highways, building decoration and finishing, mechanical and electrical installation, and other fields.
Over the past 20 years since its establishment, the Company has undertaken a large number of projects of significant impact related to national livelihood and major influence. Representative railway projects mainly include Beijing West Railway Station, Beijing South Railway Station, Beijing North Railway Station, Daqin Railway capacity expansion and renovation, Taiyuan South Railway Station, Tianjin Binhai Station, Lanzhou West Railway Station, Harbin-Dalian Passenger Dedicated Line, Jilin Station, Beijing-Xiong'an Intercity Railway, Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou Railway, Qianjiang-Zhangjiajie-Changde Railway, Anqing-Jiujiang Railway, Guiyang-Nanning High-Speed Railway, and Changjing-Huangshan Railway. Major public building projects mainly include Shenzhen Civic Center, Fujian Provincial Higher People's Court Trial Building, Guiyang Rail Transit Operation Management Center, Yangquan Cultural Plaza, PetroChina North China Oilfield Exploration and Development Complex Building, Sanya Beauty Crown Seven-Star Hotel Group, China Railway Xi'an Center, Shenzhen Huitong Tower, and Shanghai Yanfeng Lingang Smart Cockpit Factory. Residential engineering projects mainly include Beijing Jingtie Jiayuan, Yangfangdian Residential Area, Zuo'an Dangerous Rehabilitation Community, Guang'anmen Railway Residential Area, China Railway Xicheng Community, China Railway Yueshan Lake, Zhoukou Dehe Jiayuan, Anju Shengle Village, Hefei OCT, Hefei High-Speed Rail Garden, Beijing East Station Freight Yard Staff Housing, Beijing Mentougou Station Freight Yard Staff Housing, and Shanghai Fengxian New City. Rail transit projects mainly include Cishousi Station on Beijing Metro Line 10, Dongguan-Huizhou Intercity Railway, Chongqing Metro Line 10, Xi'an Metro Line 4, Dalian Metro Line 5, Kunming Metro Line 4, and Pearl River Delta Intercity Guangzhou-Foshan Loop Line. Highway projects mainly include Kunming Xundian-Zhaozhou Expressway and Taiyuan Northwest Second Ring Road. The Company has made outstanding contributions to national infrastructure construction and has been repeatedly commended by the national government, China Railway, and local governments. It has won 40 national and provincial/ministerial awards, including 6 Luban Prizes, 3 National Quality Projects, and 1 Zhan Tianyou Prize.
