2、具有微电子、计算机、物理、化学、材料、数学的博士学历，毕业不超过3年，
3、熟悉半导体器件、计算材料、人工智能算法、微纳工艺；
4、精通密度泛函理论（DFT），熟悉VASP等软件；
5、熟练掌握至少一种如 Python、C++、Matlab 或其他编程语言；
6、具有英语论文写作能力；
7、中国科学院特别研究助理待遇，年薪40万起，住房等3H人才配套政策；
8、出站后可以留所。
