【岗位职责】
功能测试：负责 UE5 MMORPG 项目的系统功能、玩法逻辑、关卡及数值的测试工作，保障版本质量。
用例执行：根据策划文档编写测试用例，执行测试计划，并对 Bug 进行生命周期管理（发现、提交、跟踪、验证）。
问题定位：利用 UE5 编辑器和调试工具，协助开发人员对 Bug 进行初步定位和分析，提高修复效率。
专项测试：参与客户端性能、服务器压力、弱网环境及等专项测试。
工具维护：协助维护测试环境，并利用脚本工具提升日常回归测试的效率。
【任职要求】
大专及以上学历，计算机或相关专业优先。
1年以上游戏测试经验，有完整的项目测试经历。
熟悉软件测试理论和流程，熟练使用 TAPD 等缺陷管理工具。
逻辑思维清晰，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，抗压能力强。
【加分项】
1、MMO 骨灰玩家：资深 MMORPG 玩家，熟悉主流 MMO 的核心机制（如大型副本、PVP 平衡、公会战、经济系统），能从玩家体验角度提出优化建议。
2、懂 UE 引擎：熟悉 UE4/UE5 引擎操作，能看懂基础蓝图 (Blueprint)。
3、会 Python 脚本：具备 Python 编程基础，能编写简单的自动化脚本、批量处理工具或辅助测试的小工具。
