安徽医科大学附属阜阳医院是2014年经原卫生厅批准设置、2017年省编委会研究同意、由安徽医科大学管理的一所省级三级综合性医院，是安徽省委、省政府援建皖北的重大项目之一。医院位于阜阳市阜阳合肥现代产业园区，总占地260余亩。医院一期工程总建筑面积约15.72万平米，设计床位1000张，医院后期规划建设二期、三期工程，总床位3000张。
医院目前已正式开诊运营，现因临床业务工作需要，骨科、妇产科、心脏外科、普胸外科、口腔外科、神经外科、眼科、儿科、核医学科、肾脏内科、消化内科及其它临床医技科室面向社会招聘。
