Shuangchen was founded in 2011, starting as a commercial real estate operation and management service provider, and has established a good symbiotic and win-win relationship with developers in central cities across multiple provinces nationwide. With the booming development of the real estate sector, Shuangchen established an investment promotion and operation team in 2015, gradually building a closed loop of commercial real estate services. In 2016, it expanded into the decoration engineering field, establishing the Fanzhi system, forming an after-sales industry supplementary business with the real estate sector. As business segments continued to increase, Shuangchen Group was established in 2017, encompassing nine major business segments: real estate brokerage services, land market research, investment promotion and operation management, brand operations, urban design and renovation, decoration engineering, property management, physical investment and operations, and automotive consulting services.
[Real Estate Segment] Shuangchen Real Estate has successively served commercial projects in central cities of 12 provinces including Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hubei, Shanghai, Hunan, Hainan, Anhui, Shaanxi, and Sichuan. It has established over 90 full-case agency cooperation projects with multiple developers such as China Merchants Property, Greenland Group, Sino-Ocean Group, Macalline, Gezhouba Group, Ouya Da, Wuhan Huazhong City, and Aoshan Century. In 2018, sales within Hubei Province exceeded 1.5 billion yuan. It has now achieved a closed service loop from early-stage project planning to investment promotion planning, marketing planning, and a series of processes.
[Automotive Service Segment] Shuangchen's "Quanche Wuyou" (Worry-Free Car) service is based on the natural market opportunity of auto insurance premium reform. As a supplementary product, it fills the gap in additional product profits caused by the significant reduction in gross profit from single-product sales for auto industry dealers, while providing car owners with more comprehensive after-sales protection and accident compensation. It has now captured the 4S store consumer markets in Wuhan, Changsha, Xi'an, Guangzhou, and other locations. Adhering to the cooperation philosophy of "sales before products," Shuangchen is not only a product supplier but also solves sales cost issues and after-sales risk issues arising during the additional product sales process for partners, gaining widespread cooperation recognition.
[E-commerce Segment] Shuangchen's e-commerce business originated from the Group's early project investments in coastal cities. As "Internet+" first landed in China's southeastern coastal cities, the deep cooperation between manufacturing and e-commerce platforms was hindered by insufficient technology and lack of information resources, urgently requiring professional teams' intermediary services to promote the combination of traditional industries and new media technologies. In 2020, with the pandemic's role in promoting the e-commerce industry, Shuangchen will further introduce mature technologies and business models from coastal cities to central cities, with Wuhan, where the Group's operations center is located, as the primary cooperation area to promote this business, committed to bringing more opportunities to traditional manufacturers in more central cities.
