广西机电工业(技工)学校创办于1958年，是国家中等职业教育改革发展示范学校；*重点中等职业技术学校。以“崇德健行、强能至善”为校训。学校坐落于*绿城--广西壮族自治区首府南宁市，隶属于广西区自然资源厅，是自治区示范特色学校、自治区文明单位、自治区卫生优秀学校。学校师资力量雄厚，有教职工282人，其中高级讲师59人，双师型教师55人，自治区技能大师1人，广西优秀高技能人才2人，技术能手8人。学校开设有26个专业，其中数控技术应用、地质调查与找矿、机电技术应用、电子技术应用列入国家示范学校重点建设专业；国土资源调查、会计、电子技术应用专业是自治区示范特色建设专业。
