绍兴港现代物流园为《浙江省“十二五”物流业发展规划》重点推进实施的重点物流项目，是绍兴市重点物流基地及物流龙头企业，也是《绍兴国家公路运输枢纽总体规划》确定的公路货运枢纽站场之一。绍兴港于2012年5月建成试运营，主营供应链金融、城市配送、智能仓储、大宗商品交易、货运代理等业务，现已累计完成投资6.8亿元，建成500吨级（兼靠1000吨）泊位17个，各类仓库、展示中心，堆场（室外），加工中心、写字楼、商贸配套用房、停车场10多万方。运营期间多次获得省级、市级优秀物流园区称号，并成为浙江省首批示范物流园之一。
