岗位目标：
在工程师指导下，参与公司项目的功能开发与维护，完成从需求理解、编码实现到自测与交付的完整闭环，逐步具备独立承担小模块开发的能力。

岗位职责（工程师带教/指导）：
1. 在工程师指导下学习公司项目架构、代码规范与开发流程（分支管理、提测、发布等）。
2. 参与公司项目功能开发：接口开发、业务逻辑实现、数据库表设计/维护、SQL 编写与优化。
3. 编写基础单元测试/接口自测，配合联调与问题修复（bug 定位、回归验证）。
4. 按要求输出开发相关文档：接口说明、字段说明、简单设计说明等。
5. 参与代码评审（CR），根据工程师反馈改进代码质量与可维护性。
6. 公司python脚本维护，支持其他项目组工作。
任职要求：
1. 计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2. Java 基础：掌握面向对象、集合、异常处理；了解多线程基础概念。
3. MySQL 基础：能编写常用 SQL（增删改查、join、group by 等），了解索引与事务基本概念。
4. 了解 Web 基础：HTTP、REST、JSON；能使用 Postman/Apifox 等进行接口测试。
5. 学习能力强、责任心强，沟通顺畅，能在指导下按期完成任务。
6. 有基本代码规范意识：命名规范、日志、注释、异常处理。

加分项
• 了解 Spring Boot / Spring MVC / MyBatis（任一即可）。
• 了解 Redis、MQ 等中间件基本概念。
• 熟悉 Git 常用操作，有个人项目/课程项目经验。
