岗位职责：
1、负责设计并落地覆盖基础设施、Kubernetes 集群、边缘节点、微服务应用及业务指标的全栈监控告警系统，保障系统稳定性与可运维性；
2、设计并实现自动化故障发现、根因分析与自愈机制，提升系统稳定性与运维效率；
3、参与 CI/CD 流水线建设，将监控能力嵌入 CI/CD 流水线，在测试阶段自动注入可观测性探针，支持性能基线比对、异常检测、SLO 验证等质量门禁机制，推动“质量左移”；
4、参与生产环境部署、容量规划、故障复盘、SLI/SLO 制定与达成，持续优化 MTTR（平均恢复时间）与系统可靠性。
任职要求：
1、计算机或相关专业硕士及以上学历，3年以上 DevOps、SRE 或平台工程相关经验；
2、精通 Go 或 Python，具备扎实的系统编程能力，能独立开发高性能、高可靠性的监控组件或运维工具；
3、深入理解 Linux 系统、网络、容器运行时及 Kubernetes 架构，熟悉 kubelet、CRD、Operator、ServiceMonit等扩展机制；
4、有实际大规模监控平台建设经验，熟练使用 Prometheus 生态（Alertmanager、Pushgateway）、Grafana、Loki、Jaeger/Tempto、VictoriaMetrics/Thanos 等；
5、熟悉 KubeEdge 架构（EdgeCore、CloudCore、MetaManager、EdgeMesh）者优先，了解边缘设备管理、离线自治、消息同步等特性；
6、具备测试自动化集成经验，熟悉 Jenkins/GitLab CI/Argo CD等持续集成工具链。
