我公司专业承包石材、玻璃、铝单板幕墙及各类钢结构工程。现由于办理资质、急需以下证照：
1、建造师：二级建筑工程专业注册建造师证5套，二级机电工程专业注册建造师证1-2套；
2、技术负责人：具有5-8年以上从事工程施工技术管理工作经历，且具有结构专业中级以上职称或建筑工程专业注册建造师职业资格。主持过建筑工程总承包二级以上标准要求的工程业绩不少于2项；或主持过钢结构工程二级以上标准要求的工程业绩不少于2项；或主持过建筑幕墙工程二级标准要求的工程业绩不少于2项；或主持过建筑装修装饰工程二级标准要求的工程业绩不少于2项；或主持过防水防腐保温工程一级标准要求的工程业绩不少于2项。
