工作职责:
1、负责相关检测工作，包括但不限于原辅料、包材、中控产品、原液、成品、稳定性等样品的微生物项目（微生物限度、无菌、细菌内毒素）检测，以及负责对洁净区环境日常监测、验证，确保满足项目需求。
2、负责对各微生物检测方法的确认或验证方案及报告的撰写及实施。
3、负责相关检测中检验相关工作的沟通交流并组织实施。
4、负责主导其负责范围内检测过程中出现的OOS/OOT/偏差等异常检验结果的调查；监督整改或措施项的执行情况。
6、根据与领导的沟通结果，优化相关检测方法以及检测频率，提高工作效率，减少检测成本。
7、负责审核相关检验记录及电子记录。
8、负责保证相关分析检测数据的真实性、准确性和可溯源性。确保日常操作符合GMP及EHS的要求。
9、相关重要检验结果的汇总与趋势分析。
10、负责实验室相关仪器日常维护，验证、计量、再确认等；
11、负责相关实验室的日常现场巡检，，负责区域内5S管理，包含但不限实验室相关设备、试剂、试液、器具进行管理。
12、安排实验室助理对QC实验器皿、洁净服进行清洁灭菌及对QC实验废弃物进行管理。
任职资格:
1、生物类、药学等相关专业本科及以上学历。
2、具有深入的数据分析问题能力及独立思考解决问题的能力；
2、有较强的判断能力，能够识别并处理实验过程中发生的异常事件；
3、良好的英语读写能力，熟练掌握办公软件。
4、良好的团队合作与沟通能力；
5、良好的表达能力、主人翁精神、以及抗压能力。
