岗位职责：
1、负责公司大模型应用与现有Java产品线的融合设计、开发与落地，参与核心功能的设计评审。
2、基于Spring AI / LangChain4j等框架，完成大模型调用、RAG、Prompt工程等AI功能开发，优化AI应用性能。
3、独立完成后台Java代码开发与单元测试，负责AI应用与硬件设备/第三方系统的接口对接与功能实现。
4、参与大模型应用的技术难题攻关，沉淀AI应用开发*佳实践，推动团队技术积累。
5、配合测试人员修改BUG，针对AI业务模块优化系统响应速度与稳定性。
任职要求：
1、统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，4年以上Java后端开发经验。
2、精通Java语言，熟练掌握Spring Boot、MyBatis等主流框架，熟悉MySQL、Redis等数据库，具备性能调优经验。
3、有分布式、微服务项目开发经验，了解分布式系统设计原理。
4、具备Spring AI或LangChain4j的实际项目集成与落地经验，熟悉大模型API调用。
5、具备RAG、向量数据库、Prompt工程等大模型应用技术经验，或AI+行业业务落地经验。
6、具备较强的问题分析与团队协作能力，能适应短期出差。
