盛隆化工有限公司是由山东能源集团枣庄矿业有限责任公司、马鞍山钢铁股份公司、江苏沙钢集团公司三家合资兴建的大型煤化工企业。公司成立于2003年，本部有员工1400余人，总占地面积80万平方米，总投资19亿元,设计年产一级冶金焦210万吨、甲醇25万吨、焦油10.8万吨、轻苯2.2万吨、硫铵3万吨、煤气50300万立方，并配套建设年入洗能力120万吨原煤洗煤厂。 公司位于山东省滕州市西岗镇境内，于2005年顺利通过国家首批焦化行业准入。公司坚持走可持续发展道路，致力于煤化工行业延伸发展，力争把整合资源、发展规模经济、培育优势产业、延长产业链条作为今后产业结构调整和经济增长的重中之重，现已形成集洗煤、炼焦、化工产品回收，并向精细加工综合利用延伸的经济格局。
