Shenzhen Haibin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established in 1989 and officially put into operation in 1992, with a registered capital of RMB 300 million. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Health and Happiness (H&H) Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., a domestic listed company. It is a pharmaceutical enterprise specializing in the production of penem products.
Haibin Pharmaceutical possesses a complete production chain for meropenem and is the first domestic company to independently produce meropenem API and preparations. Its production lines have passed the EU-GMP certification, making it the first domestic enterprise to obtain EU certification for sterile meropenem. The main products of Haibin Pharmaceutical include meropenem for injection (API and preparations), imipenem-cilastatin sodium for injection (API and preparations), irbesartan tablets, desloratadine tablets, voriconazole API, and gypenoside capsules. Currently, the company has an annual production capacity of 20 million vials of powder injections, 100 million tablets, 100 million capsules, and 50 tons of API.

From the testing of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and packaging materials, to the monitoring of water systems and air conditioning systems, and to the precise quality control of finished products, every step is required to be standardized, rigorous, and accurate.
