寒桦公司成立于2001年，是一家主要从事汽车座椅滑轨总成及汽车座椅舒适系统改善的研发、生产和销售的高新技术企业。公司总部位于襄阳市襄城经济开发区，现有员工300多人，其中工程技术人员超过10%。 公司荣获“高新技术企业”、“湖北省知识产权示范建设企业”、“湖北省中小企业创新奖”等多个省、市级荣誉称号。 寒桦公司自成立以来，坚持自主创新，精益求精，目前公司累计申请专利24项，已有12项专利授权（2项为国外，4项为国内发明），形成腰托、冲压件、管件、注塑件等多个产品系列。
