岗位职责：
1.根据《需求规格说明书》，按进度进行开发与编码，包括环境架构、数据库建立、后台程序开发、应用层开发、软件界面研发和业务流程开发等；
2.按时提交源代码、文档，保证程序、文档完整性和业务连续性，按时提交研发业务组组长；
3.进行《概要设计说明书》《详细设计说明书》等开发文档的编写；
4.协助对测试人员、实施人员进行技术培训；
5.完成上级安排的其他工作。
能力要求：
1.掌握JAVA语言并熟练进行编程；
2.掌握基础算法与数据结构，功底扎实；
3.掌握HTML、Javascript、JAVA XML、WEBService技术；
4.参与过技术框架研发，具有相关经验优先；
5.熟练使用Mysql、达梦等数据库；
6.具有2年以上的B/S平台软件开发经验；
7.具备软件工程思想，思路清晰，代码规范，有良好的分析和解决问题的能力；
8.工作认真、细致、严谨、敬业，有良好的团队合作精神；
9.能够专注于某项业务的学习与开发。
10.具备硬件集成集成相关经验。
任职资格：
1.专科及以上学历；
2.计算机、软件工程等相关专业。
3.2年以上研发工作经验；
4.具有现场项目研发、实施工作经验优先。
