福建中海油应急抢维修有限责任公司（以下简称：福建抢维修），目前为中国海油*家、福建省*家具备天然气管道不停输带压封堵应急抢修能力的专业公司，由中海油气电集团占股60%，福建投资集团占股40%共同出资组建，于2015年8月7日注册成立，注册资本金6000万，目前完成投资2.56亿元，其中应急救援设备近1亿元。同时，公司已列为国家油气管道应急救援基地。
公司位于莆田市仙游经济技术开发区，距离仙游动车站2公里，毗邻G15沈海高速（连接浙江、广东）、福建沿海大通道、324国道、福厦动车线路、S10莆永高速（连接闽中、闽西、江西等省市），东临湄洲湾，海运便利。
