昌吉恒有能源化工科技有限公司成立于2013年12月，是一家以化工产品生产、销售、技术服务的民营石油化工企业，公司于2014年7月动工建设，并于2015年12月底完成并正常投产，正式生产后年销售收入达6亿元人民币，目前平稳运行。2017年5月动工建设二期烷基化催化剂再生的配套装置，12月建成并投产。2018年计划建设芳构化项目。
