3、管理项目开发团队，对项目团队成员进行技术培训和指导；

任职要求：
1、有扎实的基础，对面向对象程序设计的设计模式深入理解。
2、3年以上JAVA开发经验，熟悉常见的开源框架，如SpringBoot、SpringCloud，并能了解其原理；对主流数据库如MySQL、MongoDB等有长期的使用和优化经验，对ORM中间件如JPA、MyBatis能熟练掌握。
3、对Web前端有一定的了解，熟悉目前流行的MVVM框架如Vue.js、AngularJS等底层机制和使用方法、对ECharts、DataV等图形渲染框架能熟练使用。
4、对软件工程如CMMI流程体系以及相关的项目管理过程域的工作和职责有一定的了解。
