Hunan Jinling Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Jinling Corp., formerly Changsha No.2 Machine Tool Factory) was founded in 1956. It owns four international brands, namely JINLING, MAXXMILL, LEIMIX and ASHIZAWA, and three modern production bases in Hunan, Guangdong and Shandong, with a total plant area of more than 50,000 square meters.
