Sichuan Yingchuangli Electronic Technology Joint-stock Co., Ltd. was established in April 2011, specializing in the production of 2-36 layer medium and large batch circuit boards, ranking first in the industry among domestic enterprises in Sichuan. It has jointly established the State Key Laboratory of Electronic Thin Films and Integrated Devices with the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (only two such labs in the country), and is the first enterprise in Sichuan to develop 5G high-frequency and high-speed circuit boards. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a national 'little giant' enterprise specializing in refined and innovative technologies, a national intellectual property pilot enterprise, and a provincial innovative enterprise. It has established a provincial engineering technology research center, a provincial enterprise technology center, and a provincial academician and expert workstation. It holds 43 authorized invention patents and 26 utility model patents, and has won 3 provincial and ministerial-level science and technology progress awards. During the epidemic in 2020, it provided medical circuit boards for the Leishenshan and Huoshenshan hospitals. The second phase of construction has been initiated, and upon completion, it will achieve an annual production capacity of 2.8 million square meters. Currently, the company has completed preparations for listing and will submit its listing application in early 2022.
