（三）工作经验
1. 有 1-3 年以上 PCBA、电子元器件等相关行业海外销售工作经验者优先，熟悉行业特点、市场动态和客户需求，能够快速适应岗位要求并开展工作；拥有一定的海外客户资源或渠道资源者优先。

（四）专业技能
1. 了解 PCBA 的设计、生产流程，熟悉各类电子元器件的性能、选型及应用，能够准确地向客户介绍产品特点、优势及解决方案，解答客户的技术疑问；
2. 掌握基本的销售技巧和商务谈判技巧，具备较强的市场开拓能力、客户沟通能力和项目运作能力，能够独立开发客户，从询价到促成交易完成；
