Job Responsibilities
- Learn products including all functions, materials and pricing in order to complete sourcing studies for American colleagues.
- Understand designers’ requirements and communicate those to factories to develop products according to our requirements and specifications.
- Organize and update tasks in our software system keeping up to date pricing, project tasks and goals clearly listed for all parties.
- Push factories to implement new functions or procedures to meet our project requirements.
Supplier relationship.
- Assist colleagues as needed with other tasks while keeping and organized working environment. Having a willingness to work outside of your main field to assist others.
Experience & Abilities
- Strong English and Chinese communication skills written and spoken.
- Ability and willingness to learn about many different products and categories.
- Take initiative to follow up on projects without constant attention.
- Strong working ethics, honesty and trustworthiness are high priorities.
- Able to follow up overseas requirements and implement them in our Chinese factories.
- A go getter with a can-do attitude, doesn’t give up easily.
- Additional experience with household electronics, engineering, or kitchenware is a bonus.
- Multi-task management.
- Driving license is a plus, and business trips are required.
