4. 对现有的系统平台进行分析、优化和重构；
5.对研发过程中的问题分析和总结，且不断通过技术革新、架构优化、研发流程改造以提升研发效率。

岗位要求：
1.全日制统招本科及以上学历，3年及以上互联网行业开发经验；
2.有扎实的JAVA语言基础，熟悉主流WEB开发框架；
3.对技术有热情和追求，有较强的逻辑分析能力和解決问题能力；
4.良好的工作态度及沟通交流能力，善于沟通与团队合作。
