扬州瑞阳化工有限责任公司成立于2006年3月，主要从事危险化学品正磷酸及食品添加剂磷酸（热法）生产，一般危化品：氢氧化钠溶液（含量≥30%）、氢氧化钠、五氧化二磷、多聚磷酸、次磷酸、亚磷酸、正磷酸、白磷、苯、苯酚（不含剧毒化学品、易制爆化学品、一类易制毒化学品、成品油及农药且经营场所不得存放危化品）批发（无储存），销售本企业生产的产品：热水（非饮用水、非供热用水）、蒸汽，金属制品、纺织品、五金电器、办公用品、劳保用品、金属材料、建材、钢材、机械器具及配件销售，氧化锌销售，自营和代理各类商品及技术的进出口业务（依法须经批准的项目，经相关部门批准后方可进行经营活动） 。
