Laimeng International Group Limited ("Laimeng International") is a real estate property developer in China, primarily engaged in the development and operation of urban complexes and the development and sale of mid-to-high-end residential properties in the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, Beijing-Tianjin and Chengdu-Chongqing regions. The company is based in Hong Kong and Shenzhen. Under the leadership of the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Huang Junkang, as of June 30, 2012, the company had a total of 15 projects at different stages of development in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Huizhou, Nanjing, Tianjin, Hangzhou, Changzhou and Chengdu, with a net sellable/leasable gross floor area of approximately 4 million square meters.
