主要职责：
（1）负责公司内部业务系统的开发和维护。
（2）能独立完成后端相关编码实现工作，保证编码质量，负责相关成果的内测和联调工作；
（3）主导或与其他工程师共同完成具有一定规模的系统开发，以及后续的升级和维护
(4)领导交办的其他工作。
招聘条件：
（1）*学历为全日制本科以上学历，计算机、网络、通信、电子信息技术及其相关专业；3年及以上Java互联网行业开发经验；有数据库与代码调优经验优先(如索引,慢sql优化等)。
（2）熟练掌握 Spring 框架，深入理解IOC、AOP，掌握Spring 的类管理机制。熟练使用SpringMVC，myBatis，Sprint Boot，Spring Cloud 等框架；
（3）对缓存设计、设计模式、消息队列有深入的理解，有用Java做大访问量高并发应用的经验；
（4）JAVA基础扎实，理解IO、多线程、集合等基础，对JVM原理比较熟悉；熟悉tcp、http等基本协议。
（5）熟练掌握SVN、Git、Maven、Jenkins的使用
（6）具有扎实的数据库功底，熟练使用 MySQL 数据库，理解数据存储、索引等原理和机制，熟练使用mongodb等非关系型数据库；
（7）有互联网分布式、高并发、高可用项目或深入理解索引、锁机制、事物的底层原理，能辅导他人排查数据库性能问题经验者优先；
（8）具有系统需求分析和设计能力，能快速理解业务需求并进行相关逻辑设计，并具有规范的开发、设计文档写作能力。
