China State Construction Railway Investment and Construction Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CSCEC Railway Investment and Construction Group") is the primary platform of China State Construction Engineering Corporation for railway investment, construction, and operation, the main platform for urban rail transit investment and construction, and an important platform for municipal roads, bridges, and infrastructure investment and construction.

CSCEC Railway Investment and Construction Group conducts investment, construction, and operation businesses nationwide in railways, urban rail transit, highways, municipal engineering, and river comprehensive management, as well as housing construction. The Group has under its jurisdiction six main business subsidiaries, including the Railway General Contracting Company, Road and Bridge Company, Rail Transit Company, Development Company, East China Company, and Urban Construction Company, as well as one technical consulting branch. It has also established nearly 10 city companies and 2 professional branches in 8 regions: Central China, Southwest, Northwest, Northeast, South China, North China, East China, and Shandong. CSCEC Railway Investment and Construction Group has successively undertaken numerous domestic and Asian projects, including the Harbin-Dalian Passenger Dedicated Line, Taiyuan-Zhongwei-Yinchuan Railway, Shenyang-Dalian Expressway, Shigushan Tunnel on Baoji-Lanzhou Passenger Dedicated Line, Wuhan-Huanggang Track Slab Plant, Shenzhen Metro Line 9, Shenyang Baoneng Global Financial Center, and the Yitong River Water System Ecological Management Project in Changchun. The Group has invested in and constructed over 1,000 kilometers of railways, over 120 kilometers of urban rail transit, over 1,600 kilometers of highways, and is responsible for over 1,400 kilometers of highway maintenance and operation. It has built 43 high-speed railway station buildings, and has independently or through equity participation invested in more than 20 projects involving railways, urban rail transit, highways, municipal engineering, and river comprehensive management, with total investment exceeding 20 billion yuan.
