Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Tus-Holdings) was established on July 24, 2000, with its predecessor being the Tsinghua Science Park Development Center, founded in August 1994. Tus-Holdings is a comprehensive large enterprise established under Tsinghua University, serving as the entity for the development, construction, operation, and management of the Tsinghua Science Park, and is among the first batch of national modern service industry demonstration units. The company holds shares in or has investments in over 500 listed and non-listed enterprises, including Tus-Guhan (Stock Code: 000590), Tus-Sound (Stock Code: 000826), 21ViaNet (NASDAQ: VNET), Tus-International (Hong Kong Main Board: 00872.HK), Tus-Design (Stock Code: 300500), Chinese-Online (Stock Code: 300364), Beijing Enterprises Clean Energy (Hong Kong Main Board: 01250.HK), Puhua Environmental (Stock Code: 835956), Hanbang High-Tech (Stock Code: 300449), GigaDevice (Stock Code: 603986), among others, with total assets exceeding 100 billion RMB.
