Establishment of Urban Rail Company
According to the strategic development plan of China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as "China Tonghao"), China Tonghao established Beijing Tonghao Guotie Urban Rail Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Urban Rail Company") on May 6, 2010, as its wholly-owned subsidiary, transferring the original business and personnel of its former Urban Rail Branch to the Urban Rail Company, which is responsible for the production and operation of urban rail transit business.
Positioning, Qualifications, and Development of the Urban Rail Company
As the main platform for China Tonghao to explore and develop the urban rail transit field, the Urban Rail Company's business positioning includes: urban rail transit technology development, technical consulting, and technical services; professional contracting; general construction contracting; sales of electromechanical equipment, computer software, and auxiliary equipment; engineering survey and design; and design, integration, installation, commissioning, and management of computer systems. To implement and realize the above business plan, China Tonghao has transferred its qualifications and performance in the urban rail field to the Urban Rail Company, which will replace China Tonghao in bidding for and implementing system integration and engineering projects in the urban rail transit field. Currently, the Urban Rail Company has obtained quality system certification, environmental management system certification, occupational health and safety management system certification, and qualifications for signal system integration in the urban rail field.
Throughout its development history, the Urban Rail Company has successfully implemented system integration projects in the urban rail field in Beijing, Tianjin, Chongqing, Xi'an, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Changchun, Dalian, and other cities with its advanced technology, rich experience, and scientific management, achieving a leading market share in this field and receiving support and recognition from all sectors.
