Beijing Jiaoke Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiaoke Technology", 688015.SH) was established in December 2009 and became a listed company on the Science and Technology Innovation Board in July 2019, embarking on a new journey in the capital market. With its proprietary CBTC technology as the core, the company specializes in the research and development of urban rail transit signaling systems, the development of key equipment, system integration, as well as general contracting of signaling systems, maintenance services, and other related technical services. It provides safe, efficient, and reliable rail transit control equipment to the public and offers better customer experience in the markets it serves. The company's main products include Communication-Based Train Control System (CBTC), Fully Automatic Operation (FAO) system, Interconnectivity System (I-CBTC), etc., and based on signaling systems, it has extended its business scope to urban rail cloud systems and TIDS systems.

As a pioneer in China's urban rail transit signaling technology and a provider of overall rail transit solutions with full lifecycle steward services domestically, the independently innovative CBTC system developed by Jiaoke Technology was demonstrated in the Beijing Yizhuang Line, making China the fourth country in the world to master this core technology and achieve engineering application, breaking the long-term foreign monopoly, filling the gap in this field, and realizing import substitution of signaling systems. It proposed the concept of interconnectivity in rail transit, conquered key technologies for interconnectivity, solved this worldwide challenge, and applied it in the Chongqing interconnectivity national innovation demonstration project, leading multiple domestic enterprises to develop systems that meet interconnectivity standards, forming a Chinese-standard CBTC interconnectivity industry chain. It successfully conquered the GoA4 level Fully Automatic Operation system (FAO, commonly known as "driverless"), applied in the Beijing Metro Yanfang Line national demonstration project; successfully developed an interconnectivity FAO system, applied in the Beijing Daxing International Airport Express, with a design speed of 160 km/h. It established a heavy-haul moving block technology system that meets China's actual heavy-load operational needs, filling the gap in this domestic field. Going abroad, it promoted its independent innovation achievements to international markets such as Hanoi, Vietnam. This has driven China's urban rail transit signaling systems from initially "following" and "running alongside" to now being at the forefront, greatly promoting the independent, systematic, and industrialized development of rail transit train control systems with proprietary intellectual property rights, and enhancing the international influence of China's overall technical equipment level.

The independent innovation achievements of Jiaoke Technology have been widely applied, and years of proprietary technology application and project experience have gained high recognition from customers in the industry. In recent years, its market share and occupancy have been continuously rising, ranking first for consecutive years, maintaining its market advantage. Meanwhile, the company has introduced and obtained international third-party safety certifications, thus possessing a "passport" to the international market, and is a Chinese enterprise that can "go global" without intellectual property disputes.

As of the end of 2020, Jiaoke Technology's core product CBTC won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, FAO won the first prize of the Beijing Science and Technology Award, the seamless renovation complete equipment and interoperable CBTC system won the special prize of the Urban Rail Transit Science and Technology Progress Award, and the urban rail cloud won the first prize. It possesses the National Engineering Laboratory for urban rail transit signaling systems awarded by the National Development and Reform Commission, as well as multiple provincial and ministerial-level research and development and industrialization platforms. It has cumulatively published 16 white papers, holds 499 domestic authorized patents (including 383 invention patents), and has obtained 515 computer software copyrights. As an important participant in the formulation of multiple industry standards, it has promoted the technological development and progress of the rail transit signaling industry.
