内蒙古腾龙生物精细化工有限公司创建于2010年，是由湖北宜化集团与江苏腾龙集团合作在内蒙古乌海市乌达经济开发区投资新组建的化工企业，项目总投资10亿元，年销售收入30亿元，占地面积500亩，是乌达区通过招商引资而承接沿海发达地区转移的项目，项目主要从事草甘膦及配套产品生产。该项目同时配套建设内蒙古精细化工研发中心，研究、探索煤化工、氯碱化工在精细化工中的利用，为乌海地区向精细化工产业新领域发展奠定基础。其年产量位居国内前列。
