岗位职责
1、负责公司各类电子产品PCB版图设计、布局、布线、DFM可制造性检查，输出规范的PCB设计文件、工艺文件及生产资料；
2、配合硬件工程师完成原理图评审、器件选型、布局规划，优化信号完整性、电源完整性与EMC性能；
3、独立完成多层板、数模混合板、射频电源类电路板Layout设计，规避布线干扰、串扰、阻抗匹配等问题；
4、跟进PCB打样、贴片、试产过程，解决生产、调试过程中的版图相关问题，配合整机测试与问题整改；
5、沉淀设计规范、版图库、工艺规范，持续优化设计效率与产品可靠性。
任职要求
1、学历要求：本科及以上学历，电子、微电子、自动化、电气等相关专业；
2、5年及以上专职Cadence PCB Layout设计经验，熟练使用Cadence Allegro全套设计流程，能独立完成项目全流程版图设计；
3、精通多层板PCB设计，熟练掌握层叠规划、阻抗设计、差分布线、等长约束、地平面分割、电源分割等核心工艺；
4、具备扎实的硬件基础，同时具备模拟电路、数字电路、射频电源电路PCB设计实战经验，熟悉数模混合布线隔离、射频走线阻抗匹配、电源大电流/散热布局优化；
5、熟悉PCB生产工艺、DFM设计规范，了解常见板材、压合工艺、盲埋孔、阻抗控制、安规与EMC设计要点；
6、具备良好的问题分析能力、沟通协同能力，工作严谨细致，能独立跟进项目迭代与问题闭环；
7、有工控、电源、射频设备、通信硬件等相关项目经验及仿真经验者优先。
优先条件
1、有高多层板、高密度HDI、射频电源一体化板设计经验；
2、熟悉SI/PI、EMC优化设计，有硬件调试、问题整改经验；
3、具备完整项目从研发、打样到量产的全流程跟进经验。
