岗位职责：工作地点-武汉
1、负责电商即时零售平台的核心系统研发，包括但不限于：商品、库存、订单、履约、支付及营销等业务模块；
2、参与高并发、高可用系统的架构设计与核心功能开发，承担复杂模块的技术实现与优化；
3、深入理解即时零售业务模型，对系统性能、稳定性、可用性、扩展性进行持续优化；
4、参与平台基础能力建设，包括服务治理、中间件组件、监控告警、任务调度、异步化及缓存体系等。

任职要求：
1. 统招本科及以上学历，3年以上大规模高并发互联网应用的设计和开发经验，熟悉缓存、消息队列等开源中间件；
2. JAVA基础扎实，对JVM的原理有一定的了解，能熟练使用Linux系统的常用命令；
3. 熟练掌握 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、iBatis 等主流框架；
4. 了解微服务框架Dubbo、MQ、ElasticSearch等技术；
5. 熟练掌握数据库设计，有较好的SQL编写及调优能力，熟悉常见NoSQL存储，如Redis、MongoDB等；
6. 对新技术保持热情，学习能力强，具备良好的沟通与跨团队协作能力，能在快节奏的业务中保持自驱与担当。
