岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2、具备扎实的编程基础和算法能力，精通java至少*近3年以上连续使用经验；
3、精通spring cloud、spring boot等主流开源框架；熟悉分布式系统的设计与应用，对分布式、缓存、消息、事务处理有实际的应用及解决问题的能力。
4、深入理解java IO、多线程、JVM回收原理。等，有一定的JVM调优经验。
5、熟悉常用的中间件技术，如roketMQ、rabbitMQ、redis、kafka，并了解主从/集群/哨兵模式的工作原理及调优方式。
6、有呼叫中心客服系统开发经验者优先。
岗位职责：
1、基于Spring Cloud 微服务架构完成系统拆分、服务设计与演进；熟练使用消息队列、分布式缓存、分布式事务等技术方案，解决高并发、高可用、*终一致性等分布式系统核心问题。
2、负责 Java 应用性能调优、代码重构与技术债务治理，独立排查线上功能故障、内存泄漏、线程死锁、GC 异常等问题；参与压测方案制定与瓶颈分析，保障系统7X24小时高可用。
3、深度参与需求分析与技术方案设计，输出架构设计、接口定义等技术文档；协同测试、运维完成系统测试、容器化部署与版本迭代，保障项目高质量交付。
薪资待遇：月薪：1.5-2.5W ，年薪：20-30W ，有食堂（自费）。
工作时间：五天八小时，双休。
