1. 负责公司运维平台的设计、建设与持续优化，重点覆盖持续部署、发布治理、自动化运维、监控告警、日志分析等核心能力，支撑业务系统稳定交付与运行。
2. 负责云原生及混合云环境下的平台架构设计、技术选型与核心模块开发，保障平台高可用、高稳定性与可扩展性。
3. 建设标准化的应用发布与运维体系，包括环境管理、部署流程、变更控制、回滚机制、配置管理与权限治理，提升上线效率与生产变更质量。
4. 完善监控、日志、链路追踪、故障响应与应急处置机制，持续提升系统稳定性与运维效率。
5. 协同研发、测试、安全等团队，推动从研发交付到生产运行的端到端协作，持续优化工程效率与生产环境治理能力。
6. 推动资源治理、容量规划、性能优化与成本优化，提升平台整体服务能力与资源利用效率。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先，5 年及以上相关工作经验。
2. 熟悉云平台、容器平台及主流运维工具链，有分布式系统、微服务或容器化平台的建设与运维经验。
3. 熟悉 Kubernetes、Docker、Helm、GitLab CI、Jenkins、Argo CD 等常见工具或平台，具备部署平台、发布平台或运维平台落地经验。
4. 熟悉持续部署、发布治理、自动化运维、配置管理等相关实践，具备较强的平台化建设能力。
5. 熟悉 IaC 及自动化脚本开发，能够熟练使用 Python、Go、Shell 等至少一种语言解决工程效率与运维问题。
6. 熟悉监控、日志、链路追踪、告警治理等可观测性体系，具备故障排查、性能优化、稳定性建设和线上问题处理经验。
7. 理解权限控制、安全合规、变更审计等要求，具备良好的跨团队协作和复杂问题拆解能力。
加分项
1. 有灰度发布、金丝雀发布、蓝绿发布、多环境治理等实践经验。
2. 有可观测平台、运维平台、发布平台或内部开发者平台建设经验。
3. 熟悉 Service Mesh、Serverless 或 AIOps 等相关方向。
4. 持有 CKA、CKAD、Terraform 或主流云厂商相关认证优先
