It is currently jointly invested by Maxell Holdings, Ltd., Fujian Electronics & Information (Group) Co., Ltd., and Max Benefit Holdings Limited. The registered address is Jin'an District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, with a registered capital of RMB 160 million and a total investment of RMB 320 million. The company's business scope includes: development and manufacturing of projectors, video cameras and other visual products, optical lenses and other optoelectronic and optical related products, information and communication equipment; sales of self-produced products; import and wholesale of similar products of the above-mentioned products, commission agency, and provision of after-sales service.
MDCN, backed by Maxell's advanced technology, fully leverages the technological advantages of a joint venture, and with its leading R&D technology and exquisite manufacturing processes in the field of high-end digital imaging products, independently develops new products tailored to the domestic market, becoming Maxell's key production base for global projector products. After over a decade of rapid development, MDCN's business spans China, Europe, Australia, and North America, with its product market share ranking among the top global brands, well recognized and trusted by consumers. Next, MDCN's new product, vehicle-mounted lens (AMP), is about to enter mass production. In addition, 10 new business initiatives are to be launched, which will further promote MDCN's development.
