3、精通主流SpringMVC、SpringBoot、SpringCloud、MyBatis等主流开发框架;
4、熟练掌握Redis、MQ、Kafka等中间件及云原生技术如容器化、K85等，具备良好的编码
统架构思维;
5、熟悉MySQL、Postgresgl、DM、OceanBase等数据库技术，具备良好的数据库设计能力和
6、熟悉高并发、高可用、高性能系统设计及优化、技术思路清晰，善于解决复杂问题;
7、具备良好的沟通能力、表达能力、文档编写能力，能同团队进行技术方案交流;
8、有大型工程项目管理系统研发经验者优先。
