岗位职责
1、负责Java开发项目的整体管理，包括需求分析、技术方案设计、进度控制、质量把控和风险管理。
2、组织并参与核心系统的架构设计和关键技术攻关，指导开发团队高效完成开发任务，必要是也需要自行进行java开发。
3、协调各相关部门资源，推动项目顺利交付，保证项目进度和质量达成预期。
4、负责与客户或业务部门沟通需求，提供专业的技术咨询和解决方案。
5、建立并持续优化项目管理流程和开发规范，提高团队协作效率。

任职要求
1、大专及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业优先。
2、5-10年Java开发相关工作经验，精通Spring、Spring Boot、MyBatis、JPA等主流技术框架。
3、具备大型分布式系统或微服务架构设计与开发经验。
4、熟悉常用数据库（如MySQL、Oracle）、缓存（如Redis）、消息队列（如Kafka、RabbitMQ）等相关技术。
5、具备良好的项目管理能力，有成功管理中大型软件项目的经验。
6、具备良好的沟通能力和团队管理能力，能够协调各方资源推动项目落地。
7、熟悉敏捷开发方法（如Scrum、Kanban）者优先。

加分项
1. 有政务智能体、企业应用智能体相关经验优先。
2. 具备 Dify 平台实操经验，能独立配置提示词模板、知识库接入、工作流编排;
3. 理解 LLM 应用优化方法（如上下文压缩、语义路由）;
4. 1~3年Python、C#等语言开发经验，熟练使用 FastAPI/Flask 框架、异步编程；
5. 掌握 Git、Docker 等开发工具链;
6. 有前端基础（JavaScript/React）可参与全栈开发优先。
