华电分布式能源（郑州）有限公司于2012年6月由华电综合智慧能源科技有限公司和郑州华润燃气有限公司共同出资成立，公司负责华电郑州综合能源项目的建设和运营。项目位于郑州市航空港区内，占地55.86亩主要为港区内企业提供工业蒸汽及制冷、采暖、电力供应等服务。一期建设2套40兆瓦级燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组，采用2台30兆瓦级燃气轮机+2台双压无补燃余热锅炉+1台12兆瓦抽凝式汽轮机+1台4兆瓦背压式汽轮机的装机方案，同步建设1台15吨小时燃气锅炉及厂外配套冷热管网工程。发电装机79.414兆瓦。
