公司成立于2011年7月，临晋候高速、晋焦高速、太焦铁路，交通四通八达。公司投资完成了年产12000余吨的麦芽面生产线，8000吨的润城麦芽面枣花、麦芽面小馍丁生产线，建立了5000余亩北方小麦生产基地，初步实现了润城麦芽面、麦芽面枣花、麦芽面小馍丁的标准化生产，填补了山西省麦芽面食品的标准化生产空白。 目前公司拥有职工200余人，其中具有高级职称10人，中级职称30人，研发人员8人。公司以研发、推广麦芽面食品为己任，倡导麦芽面文化，打造“润城”品牌，实现地方传统食品与现代生活的完美对接，为现代都市人保健饮食、绿色饮食提供了又一美好选择，为地方经济发展注入了新的活力。
