博雅上元雕塑厂，现有员工300余人，厂区面积4000平米，机械设备280台套。拥有一大批高素质的雕刻技术人员和高级工艺美术师，和玉石雕刻大师（中国石雕艺术大师2人、国家一级高级技师5人、市级玉石雕刻大师6人、雕刻技师100人），技术力量雄厚。 天津博雅上元雕塑厂，是研发生产叠层石系列工艺品的专业厂家，自1985年开始企业得到了天津美院的认同，被确立为《天津美院盘山美术技校》。期间，在美院的协同下，完成了许多大中型城市雕塑、园林小品、石碑牌匾。 建厂多年来，设计生产出很多风格独特的艺术精品并远销国内外，受到国内外的高层领导、专家学者、艺术家们的高度赞誉。
