服务内容
针对湖北省办公厅、经信厅、数据局、中石油、中烟草等多个重点客户提供技术方案支撑、大模型应用场景构建的需求调研与分析，帮助客户明确业务痛点和大模型需求，并进行场景设计与规划，提供端到端的解决方案，包括业务场景和技术架构设计。
(1)采取线下约谈或线上会议方式与智算云客户进行AI应用技术方案交流。
(2)对智算云客户的需求进行分析，在需求信息收集完整的情况下，完成相关方案编写工作。
(3)根据甲方要求，积极配合甲方销售团队提供智算云客户招投标相关材料支持。
岗位职责:
1、配合部门完成与政企客户的技术交流、技术方案宣讲、用户需求沟通、方案编写等工作，有统筹管理项目技术支持、项目节奏管控、客户需求引导的经验和能力。
3、具备项目需求分析工作能力，能准确理解客户需求和业务，善于将客户沟通反馈转化成可落地的需求并形成完整解决方案。
4、具备一定的AI大模型应用基础构建能力以及数据治理、AI大模型应用交付能力。
5、具有较强的客户思维方式，换位思考能力强能够明确用户目的，能够独立完成需求调研及行业解决方案的设计及撰写，文案佳。
6、做事积极主动，逻辑分析能力强，善于沟通和宣讲，具有很强的团队合作精神及沟通协调能力。
7、熟悉数据治理/数据中台/大模型优先。
