研发团队经过十余年技术攻关，开发了无离合器、无同步器的电驱动机械变速器，并发明了“无冲击换档”控制技术，彻底消除了换档过程的冲击，将动力中断时间缩短到了0.2秒内，突破了制约多档变速器在电动汽车中大规模推广应用的技术瓶颈。
公司已开发出适用于2-4吨电动物流车的二档系统和适用于4-8吨电动物流车的四档系统，并应用于城市物流车中。
