甘肃郝氏炭纤维有限公司创建于2003年，重点生产石墨毡和硬质石墨毡（复合碳毡）及炭复合材料的终端产品。年生产量居国内首位，年出口额达5000万元以上。 企业曾承担了国家“863”星火计划重点攻关项目（项目编号：94062002），1996年被省科委评为省级星火科技明星企业。企业数年来被评为甘肃省、兰州市明星企业，2000年被列为兰州市重点支持企业,并被评为甘肃省科技进步示范企业及全省文明乡镇企业，被省经贸委列为十大出口产品基地之一，郝氏牌炭纤维在2002年被甘肃省兰州市质量技术监督局评为兰州乡镇企业名牌产品；2003年被中华人民共和国农业部评为全国乡镇企业创名牌重点企业，2008年被甘肃省评为重合同守信誉企业。企业于2008年通过ISO9001：2000国际质量体系认证。2010年3月份获得高新技术企业认证。企业目前拥有5项专利，承担1项省级成果。
