职责描述：
1.02负责公司核心产品及项目（智能办公系统、会议系统、访客系统等）的后端架构设计与开发，基于Spring02Cloud微服务框架实现高可用SAAS化服务；
2.02参与系统需求分析、技术方案设计及核心模块编码，保障系统稳定性与性能优化；
3.02编写高质量技术文档，推动代码规范与工程化建设（如CI/CD、单元测试覆盖率等）；
4.02协同产品、前端、测试团队完成需求迭代，保障项目交付质量与进度；
5.02跟踪行业技术趋势，探索新技术在业务场景中的落地（如AI集成、低代码平台等）。
任职要求：
1.02本科/硕士，计算机相关专业，8年以上工作经验；
2.02精通Spring02Boot/Spring02Cloud生态（Eureka/Nacos、Feign、Gateway、Config等），有实际微服务项目落地经验；
3.02JAVA基础扎实，包括JVM、I0、多线程、并发、网络等；
4.02熟悉分布式系统设计理念，掌握缓存（Redis）、反向代理（nginx）、数据库（MySQL/PostgreSQL），通讯协议（MQTT）等中间件；
5.02熟悉容器化技术（Docker/K8s）；
6.02具备良好的代码规范意识，熟悉Git、Maven等开发工具链。
